按規(guī)范只認(rèn)可不進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)的產(chǎn)品/The product approved only in term of the rules：
認(rèn)可后的產(chǎn)品由制造廠檢驗(yàn)合格后簽發(fā)合格證明，并連同該產(chǎn)品的本社認(rèn)可證書復(fù)印件一并交付用戶，制造廠對(duì)產(chǎn)
品符合公約、法規(guī)、本社規(guī)范和本社認(rèn)可的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定負(fù)責(zé)。
After approval, product inspection should be carried out by the Manufacturer. Upon satisfactory
inspection, and the Quality Certificate issued by the Manufacturer should be provided to the
purchaser together with the copy of the approval certificate issued by the Society. The manufacturer
should take responsibility for the product being in compliance with the convention, statutory
regulation, the Society rules and the standard accepted by the Society.

1.型式認(rèn)可后，如果產(chǎn)品及其重要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)、所用材料或制造方法有所改變，且影響到產(chǎn)品的主要特性、特
征；或產(chǎn)品的性能指標(biāo)有所更改，且超過(guò)認(rèn)可的范圍，則有關(guān)圖紙和文件應(yīng)經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)審批。并在檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)為必
要時(shí)，經(jīng)本社檢驗(yàn)人員見(jiàn)證有關(guān)試驗(yàn)和進(jìn)行檢查，其結(jié)果應(yīng)能證實(shí)仍符合認(rèn)可條件。
After type approval, if there are changes to the design, materials used or manufacturing method of
the product and important components and such changes affect major characteristics and properties of
the product, or property indexes of the product are changed and exceed the scope of approval,
related drawings and documents are to be examined and approved by the concerned survey office. Where
deemed necessary by the survey office, the surveyor to the Society will go to witness relevant tests
and conduct inspection and the results should be able to demonstrate compliance with the approval
conditions.
2.工廠的質(zhì)量管理體系應(yīng)保持有效運(yùn)行，并且與認(rèn)可時(shí)一致。如果質(zhì)量管理體系發(fā)生改變，應(yīng)經(jīng)原體系認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)審
核并報(bào)本社批準(zhǔn)。
The quality management system of the factory shall be ensure effective operation, and shall be the
same as the situation of approval. If there are any changes to the quality management system,
auditing of the original certification organization for quality management system and the society's
approval shall be obtained.
3.認(rèn)可證書有效期內(nèi)，如果出現(xiàn)可能導(dǎo)致本社取消認(rèn)可的情況，工廠應(yīng)及時(shí)采取有效的糾正措施。
Within the validity of the approval certificate, if cases occur that may cause the Society to
withdraw the approval, the manufacturer should take corrective actions in a prompt and effective
manner.
4.在認(rèn)可證書有效期內(nèi)，本社檢驗(yàn)人員可在未經(jīng)事先通知的情況下對(duì)工廠的產(chǎn)品制造過(guò)程進(jìn)行審核，以驗(yàn)證產(chǎn)品的
生產(chǎn)是否符合業(yè)經(jīng)本社批準(zhǔn)的圖紙和文件。工廠應(yīng)予以配合。
Within the validity of the approval certificate, the surveyor to the Society may pay unannounced
audit to the manufacturing process of the product in order to confirm whether it is in compliance
with the drawings and documents approved by the Society. The factory should provide an active
cooperation and necessary for the surveyor.
5. 證書獲得者應(yīng)接受本社每年一次的定期審核，定期審核日為認(rèn)可證書期滿之日對(duì)應(yīng)的每一周年日，檢查工作應(yīng)
在周年日的前后三個(gè)月內(nèi)進(jìn)行。
Those who have obtained the certificate should be subject to periodical audit every year. The date
of periodical audit shall be each anniversary date which corresponds to the date of expiry of the
relevant certificate and the periodical audit shall be done within a time span of three months
before and after the annual surveillance date.

1. 適用于以下船舶管系/Intended for the following marine piping systems:
空氣、海水、淡水、潤(rùn)滑油、燃油及其它與補(bǔ)償器材料相兼容的流體管系，用于潤(rùn)滑油、燃油等可燃介質(zhì)及故障可
能導(dǎo)致進(jìn)水的海水管系的補(bǔ)償器應(yīng)予以防火包覆，其包覆方式應(yīng)與耐火試驗(yàn)一致/Air, SW，F(xiàn)W, LO, FO & other
liquid piping system in compatible with the compensator material. The compensators intended for LO,
FO & other flammable media or sea water systems where failure may result in flooding should be
covered by fireproof material and the covering method should be the same as that used in the fire
resistance test.
2. 補(bǔ)償器的選用應(yīng)視具體的服務(wù)要求，考慮使用的環(huán)境條件、工作壓力、工作溫度和介質(zhì)的相容性/The
compensators are to be selected for the intended locations & applications which taken into
consideration of ambient conditions, compatibility with fluids under working pressure & temperature
conditions.
3. 補(bǔ)償器應(yīng)安裝在具有足夠照明和易于到達(dá)察看之處/The compensators are to be installed in clearly
visible and readily accessible locations.
4. 補(bǔ)償器的選用應(yīng)滿足制造廠的使用說(shuō)明要求/ The selection of the compensators are to be in compliance
with the instructions of the Manufacturer.
5. 本社已審核了產(chǎn)品廠無(wú)石棉聲明，但本社的審核不免除產(chǎn)品廠按照合同關(guān)系向訂貨方保證產(chǎn)品無(wú)石棉的責(zé)任
/The declaration of asbestos-free submitted by manufacturer has been reviewed by the Society.
However, liability of the manufacturer to guarantee the products are asbestos-free to purchaser
under contract will not be exempted.
